CODING
Let our certified medical coders handle your coding or check the CPT, ICD-9 and/or HCPCS codes on your current Charge forms. We can also code Operative Reports and other procedures.

CHARGE FORM DEVELOPMENT
Are you having problems with rejected medical claims due to incorrect or outdated CPT, ICD-9, and HCPCS codes? We can develop a form that works best for you and is easy to update each year.

DOCUMENT SCANNING
CPB scans our client’s patient demographics, charge forms, and payment documents (EOBs, patient statement stubs, etc.) and stores them on site for safe, easy retrieval.

If you would like to take advantage of the same technology for your paper file storage, CPB will be glad to scan those files and provide you with a CD which is easy to store! We will then shred those same documents into ¼” by 2” confetti!

DOCUMENT SHREDDING
